IMH support was very helpful in lifting the ban in a timely manner and giving me helpful advices on how to reduce CPU load in the future. However, I would like to accent on two issues that I believe are important. This is not a question of customer support but more of IMH policies a capabilities.1. I believe it is good to give at least one prior warning about excessive CPU usage before shutting down all my servers completely. I was unaware of and thus not able to fix any issues related to my web servers performance before discovering them all not working one morning. This is related to the second point I would like to make.2. Right now IMH does not provide any tool to monitor server CPU usage so you never now how good or bad your servers are before being (possibly) shut down one day. Availability of my servers is very important to me, and I do not even know IMH rules about CPU usage (how much is too much - 2%, 5%?) and also not to monitor the load. IMH system administrators advised me to use less CMS plugins. Well, I need every single plugin I use, and even if I turn off some plugins how do I measure what effect did it have on CPU usage?All this feels like walking blind in the dark risking to fall off the cliff any minute. I don't feel it is a very safe way walk. And especially not a reliable way to do business (some my sites are business - hey, I'm on a business hosting account!).Hope my humble customer opinion being of any use.

I am however somewhat disappointed in the site, possibly due to me not having enough knowledge to build one. Signed on in July, and my site is still not live yet. My only frustration is inserting external websites into my site so it looks blended. I have read the online info, but still not able to place eternal links. Edward gave some very good suggestions. Will make an attempt at it again.
