To my surprise, I saw that $107 had been automatically deducted from my checking account. That is money I cannot afford right now. I wanted to keep the domain name but cancel the hosting. I thought it would be like pulling teeth but Ray was courteous and walked me through it. He took care of the problem within 10 minutes. He is a great customer-service rep.
