The Bluehost technical team were very quick to respond to my mail. And not only provided me with links to helpful forum topics, but were then able to figure out what I was doing wrong and help me fix my blog! And more surprisingly this was to do with an issue I had with Wordpress - when most other tech support teams would just refer you to the Wordpress forums. Top service and highly recommended.
